Does Doggie Deeds Pet Care offer boarding of pets?

No, all care is provided in the comfort of the customer’s home

What is the reason for the free meet and greet?

To meet the pets, conduct a heal to tail assessment of each pet, discuss overall needs and to develop a custom tailored plan for caring for your pet(s) while you’re away..

Is there communication between the customer and the pet specialist caring for their pets?

Yes, a brief “while in our care” report is provided with pics of your pet daily.

What if my pet needs medicine?

All pet specialists are trained to give a variety of pet medicines.

Are there any additional fees for providing daily household maintenance?

No, included in all visits is the promise to leave your home better than we arrived. All mail/packages will be brought in, evening time lights will be turned on/off as requested, pet “accidents” will be cleaned up, and pet bowls are washed/cleaned daily. All other requests are subject to approval…but we tend to embrace the notion of “ask and you shall receive”

How quickly can care begin?

Pet Care can begin immediately upon completion of the free meet and greet. Subject to availability.

Is a down payment needed for services?

No. However, please note all visits of 6 days or more require a 50% down payment of the estimated total.

Can a service be scheduled without first having a meet and greet?

No, it is imperative that all customers and pets take part in a meet and greet. The head to tail assessment is instrumental in determining the care to be provided.
